Our Restaurant Protocols

Bourbon Steak will always be devoted to delivering timeless cuisine and exemplary service; however, the safety of our guests and team members is our #1 priority at all times. We appreciate you joining in our efforts to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community by complying with local regulations and CDC guidelines. Please be aware that fully-vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings or social distance. However, guests not fully vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings in all indoor public areas and practice social distancing. We value your support and understanding.

Dedicated Team

All associates at the restaurant are required to complete comprehensive certification training in disinfection, sanitation, and safety.

All staff members at the restaurant will be required to take daily temperature checks before entering the property.

Food & Beverage Safety

All tables at Bourbon Steak will be spaced out a minimum of 6 feet from each other and food from the restaurant will be available for pickup and contactless in-room delivery.

Frequent Disinfecting

Tables tops, counters, chairs, and all other high-activity surfaces around the restaurant will be sanitized regularly.

The restaurant has removed reusable menus for the time being and will be handing out single-use menus instead.

  • Take-out from the restaurant is available.
  • Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers have been added at the restaurant’s entrance.
  • The restroom is fully equipped with touch-free devices including the sinks, soap, and paper towel dispensers.
  • Fully-vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings. Guests not fully vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings in all indoor public areas.
  • All associates are required to wear a face covering in indoor public areas.
