Chef Mario Beabraut brings extensive industry experience to his role overseeing the culinary team and operations of Bourbon Steak. Originally from Palm Beach, Florida, Mario credits a childhood trip to Italy with sparking his passion for food. Along his professional journey, he has worked with remarkable chefs including Thomas Keller, Angela Hartnett, and Daniel Boulud, building a rich expertise in fine dining operations.

Chef Michael Mina’s culinary and business vision led to the founding of his company, MINA Group, which has opened over 45 operations around the world.
